Rabbi Berel Wein is a noted scholar, historian, author, lecturer and educator who is admired the world over for his more than 650 books, cassettes, and videos. He is a former dean and community rabbi, attorney, and former director of the kashrus division at the Orthodox Union. Rabbi Wein is a columnist for the Jerusalem Post and founder of the Destiny Foundation, whose goal is to raise Jewish consciousness and pride, and foster a positive self-image by increasing knowledge of the Jewish past and its value system.
