Our flat rate shipping cost is $6.95. This is good for
shipments within the United States. For overseas shipments, we will
contact you and offer you a choice of airmail or parcel post and give
you the price options.
We are also having a special offer of free shipping on purchases
of $100 or more. This special free shipping is not applicable to
especially heavy items like Synagogue furniture and large sets of
books. You will either see notification of this exception in the
description of that particular item or we will contact you via email
after you place your order to confirm the shipping charge.
Most items are returnable for exchange or store credit.
Personalized and custom items are not returnable. If you receive a
defective item, please contact us immediately because damage that
occurs during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. We ask
you to keep all the boxes and packing material because the shipper
will usually come to inspect. Customer is responsible for the round
trip shipping costs. You must contact us before returning anything to
get a return authorization number.
